Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tukuri website and services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms in full.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only considered complete once you receive a confirmation email with your reference number.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the cabin and dates selected. All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation terms vary by cabin and are displayed on the booking panel before you confirm your stay. Most cabins offer free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.

Tukuri is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage arising from activities undertaken during your stay, except where caused directly by our negligence. Guests are responsible for their own safety during hikes and outdoor experiences.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
